We are currently looking for an experienced and self-motivated Vendor Flex Operations Manager to join our team and play a critical role within the South EU External Fulfillment (EF) team.
You will report to the EF Manager of Spain and you will be responsible for the relationship with our vendor providers in Spain and managing the leads in each Vendor Flex.
Vendor Flex Manager: The scope is described by 2 main processes. 1) Project management : Follow-up with all the internal teams involved the launch process (retail , facilities , finance , IT ops , etc.) 2) Operations Management: Manage the team lead and organize all the fulfillment activities
Interfacing with Spanish FC Operations and Retail teams, as well as EU External Fulfillment, Supply Chain and Transportation teams, you will be the project owner from the launch to the operations: You will be in charge recruiting the leads, launch the sites and then run operations/processes improving customer experience, inventory management and external partner performance.
2+ years of operations leadership experience in a similar fast-paced process driven manufacturing, production or distribution/logistics environment
Excellent fulfillment operations knowledge preferable in a 3PL environment
Strong data analysis skills - Ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data
Good computer literacy: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Willingness to spend prolonged time at work with personal dedication and availability to travel.
Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
Business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
Team player who can facilitate successful project work, operating to deadlines
Fluent Spanish and English essential, other languages desirable
Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
Technical expertise - Solution-driven approach to systems & processes
Experience with analytical tools such as data warehouse tables; SQL / Visual Basic
Good Level of Italian and/or French would be an asset
Practiced working knowledge of Lean techniques such as Kaizen or Six Sigma
Driving license and aptitude for business traveling
