    Does establishing Amazon as a leader in ultra-fast grocery delivery across Europe excite you? Do you have a record of driving growth for Amazon businesses through clever channel marketing and collaborative partnerships? If so, this role is for you!

    We are looking for a pro-active, results oriented Senior Marketing Manager (EU/APAC) who will be at the center of an exciting Consumables initiative. You will be part of the Membership, Insights and Traffic team, which supports Prime Now, AmazonFresh, and Amazon Restaurants in Europe and Asia-Pacific. The role can be located in Munich, London, Madrid, Paris or Milan.

    In this role, you will contribute to a pan-EU/APAC marketing strategy for these businesses. You will identify high leverage growth opportunities, launch marketing programs across all three business units and drive Customer and Order outputs while accommodating the needs of individual marketplace teams who will be your primary stakeholders. You will work closely with internal and external partners to conceive and propose customer-facing strategies and concepts, and guide those projects to completion. You will maintain a pan-EU/APAC view, closely monitoring performance by marketplace, business and region, identifying gaps and finding ways to scale what's working quickly. As member of a centralized marketing team, you will collaborate closely with your EU, APAC and US counterparts.

    Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering results. You must be able to think strategically and should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be comfortable diving deep into the data, yet able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. Working in a fast-paced environment, you know how to deal with ambiguity, have the experience in managing larger projects end-to-end but also drive tactical activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and stakeholder management is key. You generate bold and innovative ideas within multiple marketing channels and develop new opportunities for growth. You enjoy working with other teams and functions to bring your ideas to life, excel in earn trust and know how to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics or a related field of study
    • Multiple years of relevant work experience in (membership) marketing, consulting or a related field
    • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
    • Excellent communication skills in English, must effectively communicate at all levels and functions
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Natural ability to focus on big ideas that drive significant change but enjoys diving deep into the details
    • Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or advanced business degree
    • Are right, a lot. You demonstrate strong business judgment and good instincts
    • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
    • Proven record of innovation and delivering those ideas to drive long-term results.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into effective solutions
