EMEA HR services is looking for a PMO to join its team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes that will manage and monitor project status across project portfolio. Key responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Ensure Project Managers follow Project Management Methodology – with a focus on Templates, Project Center and Stage Gates - and acts as advisor in case Project Managers have questions.
- Assist the Project Managers in managing resource requirements, travel needs, cost and expense analysis and to plan accordingly against related pipeline and project delivery.
- Prepare regular portfolio reports. Facilitate portfolio review meeting.
- Partner with project and program managers to conduct project audits on key projects.
